DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE ELIGIBILE FOR THE FREE TABLET & INTERNET PROGRAM

Eligibility: (meeting any one of the following would achieve eligibility)

Must provide valid State ID or Driver's License 

 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: (meeting any one of the following would acheive eligibility)

•Participates in Tribal specific programs, such as Bureau of Indian A-airs General Assistance, Tribal TANF, or Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations.
• Households with a child/student who has received approval for benefits under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) or the School Breakfast Program (SBP), including a child who attends a school participating in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), are eligible. This includes any child who currently receives benefits during the 2022-2023 school year or did so in the 2020-2021 or 2021-2022 school years.
• For CEP-participating schools or districts, all students are eligible.
• In addition, a household (student or staff) is eligible if the household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

be eligible)
